摘要
采用人乙型肝炎表面抗原HBsAg快速检测试剂盒,对北京某肉联厂的90份屠宰猪血清中乙型肝炎表面抗原进行了检测,同时采用石蜡切片,做地衣红染色对同批129份猪肝进行了染色观察。结果表明:在被检测的90份血清中,有8份呈现阳性反应,检出率8.9%:129份猪肝中有11份呈现地衣红染色阳性反应,阳性率为8.5％。
Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg)was detected by Using HBsAg rapid test kit in serum of 90 slaughtered pigs. The positive rate of HBsAg was 8.9%. At the same time, HBsAg orcein staining was applied for obseving livers of 129 Slaughtered pigs which were take from the same group as serum test. 11 livers showed positiwe reaction. The positive rate of HBsAg orcein staining was 8.5% .
