摘要
1989年12月—1990年12月我们应用间接血凝(Indirect Haemagg lutination Test IHA)试验方法,对我县区内进行了弓形体感染的血清学调查,共采样检验人体血清1849份,检出阳性34份,阳性率为1.84％;猪血清64份,检出阳性27份,阳性率42.2％。初步摸清我县弓形体病感染的基本情况。
We have made serological investigation on Toxoplasma infection by indirect Haemaggiutanation test (IHA) from Dec. 1989 to Dec. 1990 in Tai Gu county. The positive rate was 1.84%(34/1849) among 1849 samples from human serum. The positive rate was 42.2%(27/64) among 64 samples from pigserum. The basical conditions of toxoplasma infection in this county has been prelimenarily found out.
