摘要
试验研究了不同的VA添加水平 (30 0 0、6 0 0 0、90 0 0、12 0 0 0IU/kg)对经免疫接种 (对照组 )和接种后立即热应激处理 (试验组 )的蛋鸡生产性能、血浆中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性和脂质过氧化物 (LPO)含量的影响。结果表明 :(1)VA水平对蛋鸡采食量、产蛋率和料蛋比无显著影响 ,但随着VA水平的提高 ,蛋重极显著增加 (P <0 0 1) ;试验组蛋重显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,料蛋比显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。 (2 )对照组接种使机体超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、脂质过氧化物 (LPO)含量极显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ;VA添加水平对SOD活性无显著影响 ,但随着VA添加水平的提高 ,血浆中LPO含量极显著下降 (P <0 0 1)。 (3)试验组免疫接种后立即热应激 (32℃ ,2 4h)会抑制SOD活性的升高 ,使LPO含量也极显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,48h后SOD活性极显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ;随着VA水平的提高 ,SOD活性显著提高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,LPO含量极显著下降 (P <0 0 1)。实验结果提示 ,高温 +免疫接种会给蛋鸡机体造成很大的影响 ,使机体内SOD活性受到抑制 ,LPO含量升高 ,应尽可能避免高温下进行免疫接种 ;提高日粮VA水平有利于减轻机体脂质过氧化程度 ,VA对SOD活性的影响因应激程度而有所差异。
This experiment studied the effect of dietary vitamin A supplemental levels(3000?6000?9000?12000IU/kg)and heat exposure(32℃)on laying performance,plasma superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and lipid peroxide(LPO)concentration of laying hens.The results indicated that(1)VA supplemental levels have no significant effect on feed intake,laying rate and feed /egg,but egg weight increased significantly with increasing VA levels(P<0.01).Egg weight of control groups was higher than that of experiment groups(P<0.01)and feed/egg of control groups was lower than that of experiment groups(P<0.05).(2)Plasma SOD activity and LPO concentration of laying hens increased significantly(P<0.01)after inoculated with NDV vaccine in control groups.There were no significant difference in plasma SOD activity in different vitamin A levels(P<0.05),but high vitamin A levels significantly decreased LPO concentration(P<0.01).(3)Heat-stress after NDV inoculation(32℃,24h)inhibited SOD activity,but increased LPO concentration significantly(P<0.01).SOD activity were significantly higher at 48th hour after heat exposure(P<0.01).LPO concentration in plasma declined with increasing vitamin A levels(P<0.01),SOD activity was reverse(P<0.05).The results suggested that heat-stress after inoculation would inhibit SOD activity and made LPO concentration higher.Vitamin A involved in anti-oxidation reaction and decreased plasma LPO concentration.The effects of vitamin A on SOD activity were differed with the degree of stress.
