摘要
高等教育质量评估是顺应高等教育的改革而出现的,它是衡量高校办学质量的手段,也是激发高校办学活力的举措。目前开展的高校教育质量评估取得一些成效,但也存在评估主体单一化、评价指标大众化、评估机制风险化、评估结果功利化等现状,地方高师院校教育质量评估同样如此。推行多元评估、实行分类评估、健全评估机制、强调诊断功能等,是改善高校教育质量评估现状的重要举措。
Higher education quality assessment is a measure of the quality of running a university and a measure to stimulate the vitality of running a university.At present,the evaluation of higher education quality has achieved some results,but there are still some problems,such as the simplification of the evaluation subject,the popularization of evaluation indicators,the risk of evaluation mechanism,and the utilitarianism of evaluation results.Implementing multiple evaluation,classifying evaluation,perfecting evaluation mechanism and emphasizing diagnostic function are important measures to improve the present situation of university education quality evaluation.
