摘要
高职学生职业素养的培养必须立足于全球化和信息化的大背景,培育符合时代和社会需要的素养。该文通过自下而上的研究思路,综合运用问卷调查、文献分析等研究方法,在反思高职学生职业素养的现实基础上,基于核心素养的视域对高职学生职业核心素养的内涵进行了界定;从"以人为本、创新职业核心素养内容和养成方法,以文化人、构建建职业核心素养养成的校园文化体系,以行树人、构建行之有效的职业核心素养养成的实践模式和齐抓共育人、构建职业核心素养养成的合力体系"四个方面探究了现代高职学生职业核心素养的养成途径。
Through the bottom-up research ideas, questionnaires, literature analysis and other research methods,the writer proposes a new concept—core professional quality based on the perspective of core quality,in the reflection to the reality of Higher Vocational Colleges, And finally the writer makes a thorough inquiry about the effective ways to core professional quality from four aspects of innovating the contents and methods to the core professional quality, constructing a system of campus culture about the core professional quality, establishing an effective experience mode about core professional quality and establishing an integrated system about core professional quality.
