摘要
"师徒制"在我国由来已久,本文将系统阐述现代师徒制的基础下工匠精神的传承与创新,就现代高职院校对工匠精神的传承与创新进行探究。
The 'apprenticeship system' has been in China for a long time. This paper will systematically expound the inheritance and innovation of the craftsman spirit under the modern mentoring system, and explore the inheritance and innovation of the craftsman spirit in modern higher vocational colleges.
