摘要
分析了造纸专业技术特点,在行业职业培训的校企合作方面提出了建设性观点,对工业行业供给侧结构性改革具有实际的参考价值。所提出的"n+1学徒制"校企合作形式,关系到职业院校的招生与造纸企业的招工,有利于学校实践教学和企业岗位职业能力提升,取得校企双赢之效果。
This paper analyzes the technical characteristics of paper industry,and puts forward referential views on college-enterprise cooperation in vocational training,which provides practical references for the supply-side structural reform of the paper industry.“N+1 apprenticeship”collegeenterprise cooperation is proposed in this paper,which is closely related to students recruitment in vocational colleges and the recruitment of paper mills.It is also beneficial to the practical teaching of vocational colleges and the improvement of vocational ability of enterprises,which will finally bring a win-win cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises.
