摘要
中国进入新时代,迫切要求高职院校培养创新型人才。一方面国家和学校越来越重视培养高职生的创新素养;另一方面社会中部分人群对高职生创新还存在一定偏见。为更好地完成高职创新型人才培养工作,必须以"立德树人"的价值观引领,借鉴"21世纪核心素养5C模型",系统性的培养高职生的自信心、责任感、实事求是思维等创新素养,提升高职创新型人才培养工作的成效。
China has entered a new era and urgently needs higher vocational colleges to cultivate innovative talents.On the one hand, the country and the school pay more and more attention to the cultivation of higher vocational students' creative quality;On the other hand, some people have some prejudice against the innovation of higher vocational students.In order to better complete the training of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges, we must take the values of "establishing morality and cultivating people" as a guide, and use the "21 st century core accomplishment 5 C model" as a reference, systematically cultivate the innovative qualities such as self-confidence, responsibility, practical and realistic thinking of higher vocational students, so as to improve the effectiveness of the training of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges.
