摘要
当下,新时代高职人才培养面临着诸多困境,人才培养结构与当下产业转型升级需求不匹配、创新人才培养模式动力不足、人才培养质量参差不齐。国家、社会和区域经济发展对高职人才培养质量的提升提出了迫切需求。新时代立德树人视域下高职人才培养,要立足分析立德内涵,落实树人任务,狠抓师德师风建设,实施全员育人工程,挖掘课程思政元素,打通全方位育人渠道,建立长效机制,构建全过程育人体系,探究人才培养新模式。
At present,the training of higher vocational talents in the new era is facing many difficulties.The structure of talent training does not match the current needs of industrial transformation and upgrading;motivation of innovating talent training mode is lack,and the talent training quality are uneven.The national,social and regional economic development puts forward urgent demand for the improvement of the quality of higher vocational talent training.In the new era,the cultivation of higher vocational talents from the perspective of moral education must be based on the analysis of the content of moral education,implement the task of fostering people,pay close attention to the construction of teacher ethics and style,implement the whole staff education project,explore curriculum ideology and politics elements,and open up all-round education channels,establish long-term mechanisms,build a whole-process education system,and explore new models of talent training.
