摘要
我国城市社区理论研究与实践处在起步阶段,也缺乏与其它学科研究成果的系统结合。在分析了社区规划实践中存在的问题后,提出应在城市规划领域建立城市社区规划的理念与方式,实现理论和规划方法的转型,指出应建立社区规划师制度,并为实施社区规划提供相应的制度保障。
In China, the study and practice of community are still in the beginning stage. For urban planning it is lack of integration with the production of other scientific research areas. This paper analyzes the problems of community planning practice in our country, brings forward the thinking and method of city community planning in our urban planning field, and indicates two changes of theory and planning method must be achieved. At the same time, it also indicates that the community planners program and the policy guaranty should be built in our country for implementing community planning.
