摘要
扶贫移民安置小区建设是国家推广扶贫、改善民生的重大举措。本研究选取贵州省黔西县驮煤河生态移民城为个案,从物理空间场所与制度化组织活动两个层面对安置小区公共空间存在的缺陷进行剖析,发现安置小区公共空间存在公共服务设施供给不足、专能化公共空间缺失、内生型公共空间未能成型以及制度化组织活动稀缺等问题。公共空间对社区的社会秩序以及调节社区居民社会行动等方面的作用不容忽视,因此加大安置小区公共空间优化力度是必然趋势。
The construction of poverty alleviation resettlement community is a major measure for the state to promote poverty alleviation and improve people’s livelihood. This study selects Tuomeihe Ecological Resettlement City in Qianxi County, Guizhou Province as a case to analyze the defects of public space in resettlement community from two aspects of physical space and institutionalized organization activities. It is found that the public space of the resettlement community has shortcomings such as insufficient supply of public service facilities, lack of specialized public space, failure to form endogenous public space, and scarcity of institutionalized organizational activities.The role of public space in the social order of the community and regulating the social action of community residents cannot be ignored, so it is an inevitable trend to strengthen the optimization of public space in the resettlement community.
