摘要
我国高校教育科研中存在违反同一律和违反矛盾律两种逻辑错误,导致教育科研工作出现科研目标"功利化"、过程"空虚化"及成果"伪效化"等问题。从逻辑视角分析其原因,学校与教师对教育科研的认识不足,定位不准确;教师教育科研理论知识缺乏,科研能力较低;教育科研管理不到位,管理制度不健全;教育科研与教育实践相分离。因此,学校和教师要正确认识高校教育科研工作,准确把握其定位;加强高校教师教育科研理论知识培养,提高其科研素养;优化管理,构建教育科研工作长效机制;增强教育科研与教育实践间的有机结合,实现理论联系实践。
There are two kinds of logical errors in the educational research of colleges and universities in China, which violates the law of uniformity and contradiction, leading to the problems of "utilitarianism" of scientific research objectives, "emptiness" of process and "pseudo efficiency" of achievements. From the logical point of view, schools and teachers have insufficient understanding and inaccurate positioning of educational research;teachers lack of theoretical knowledge of educational research and low scientific research ability;educational research management is not in place and management system is not perfect;educational research and educational practice are separated. Therefore, schools and teachers should correctly understand the work of education and scientific research in colleges and universities, accurately grasp its positioning, strengthen the cultivation of theoretical knowledge of education and scientific research in colleges and universities, improve its scientific research literacy, optimize management, build a long-term mechanism of education and scientific research, enforce the organic combination of education and scientific research and educational practice, and realize the theory and practice.
