摘要
研究了在磷酸介质中,Cu(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化偶氮氯膦-mA这一新的指示反应及其动力学条件,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量Cu(Ⅱ)的新方法.测量Cu(Ⅱ)的线性范围为0~96μg·L-1,方法检出限为4.1×10-6g·L-1.催化反应表观活化能为103.43kJ·mol-1,表观反应速率常数K=2.15×10-4s-1.用于蒙药和发样中Cu(Ⅱ)的测定,相对标准偏差为1.8%~4.0%,标准加入回收率为96%~105%.
<Abstrcat> A new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace copper(Ⅱ) was established based on the fact that Cu(Ⅱ) could catalyze the indicating oxidation reaction of chlorophosphonazo-mA by H2O2 in the medium of phosphoric acid and the kinetic conditions was investigated.The linear range of the determination was 0~96?μg·L-1 and detection limit was 4.1×10-6?g·L-1.The apparent activation energy of the reaction was found to be 103.43?kJ·mol-1,and the rate constant was 2.15×10-4s-1.The method has been applied to determine Cu(Ⅱ) in mongolian medicine and human hair with the relative standard deviation of 1.8%~4.0% and recovery of 96% ~105%.
