摘要
在弱酸性介质中,抗坏血酸还原偶氮胂Ⅲ的褪色反应受铜(Ⅱ)的催化而加速,邻菲罗啉的存在使催化反应的灵敏度显著提高,据此建立了铜的新催化光度法.用固定时间法在555nm波长处监测催化反应,线性范围为0.044~40.0μg/L,检出限为0.023μg/L,反应的表观速率常量为3.6×10-4/s,表观活化能为79.3kJ/mol.该方法用于测定治疗胃炎的蒙药和水样中痕量铜的含量,相对标准偏差为1.3%~4.5%,结果令人满意.
A new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Copper (Ⅱ) was developed based on the decolour reaction of ascorbic acid with ArsenazoⅢ catalyzed by copper ( Ⅱ ) in weak acid medium. Existence of O-phenanthroline enhances sensitivity of the reaction obviously. Using fixed-time method to monitor the reaction at 555 nm, the linear range in this method is 0. 044~40.0μg/L, the detection limit is 0.023 μg/L, the rate constant is 3.6×10^-4 / s, and the apparent activation energy is 79.3 kJ/mol. This method has been applied to determination of trace Copper(Ⅱ) in Mongolian medicine and water sample,the relative standard deviation is 1.3%~4.5% and the results is satisfactory.
