抗坏血酸氧化还原反应的红外光谱分析 被引量:5

摘要 文章对具有生理活性的抗坏血酸的氧化态、还原态及总量进行了红外光谱法同时测定。研究了抗坏血酸氧化还原反应中红外特征谱峰的变化 ,由此建立了相应的定量分析方法 ,并用标样进行了验证。在选定特征峰处 ,用标准曲线法对人体尿液样品进行了有效测定。实验表明 ,红外光谱法可以比较方便地测出抗坏血酸的氧化程度和总含量 ,较常规化学分析及其它方法更简易。 In this paper,redox and total content of ascorbic acid which was of bioactivity were determinated simultaneously by infrared spectroscopy.The changes of infrared characteristic peaks of ascorbic acid were studied during its redox reaction,and relative infrared quantitative method was established.Furthermore,the method was confirmed by standard samples analysis.With the selected characteristic peaks,urea samples were measured effectively.The results showed that total content and oxidation degree could be determinated by IR conveniently.This method was much faster ans simpler for practical application compared with regular chemical and other analytical methods.
