摘要 我国大部分桑葚种植于山丘地区,存在采摘作业环境复杂、劳动强度大、人力支出费用高昂等问题。因此,必须对桑葚的脱落特性进行试验研究,探寻桑葚振动采摘的适宜参数,为实现桑葚的机械化采收提供指导,以此促进桑葚产业的健康发展。通过高速相机设备及东华动态测试系统对桑葚的振动脱落规律进行研究,探寻桑葚振动采收的最佳振动参数。试验结果表明:桑葚在振幅为18mm、转速为1 700r/min、主振频率为28Hz时,果实获得最佳的采摘率,且果树树体无损伤,无生果落果;过大的振幅将引起果树树干的剧烈振动,同时生果将随熟果一起脱落;过大的振动频率将对树体造成破坏,振动装置与树体的接触部位出现明显损伤;过小的频率或振幅所获得果实收获率较低。 in China,most of the mulberry planting in mountainous areas are picking operating environment is complex,high labor intensity and cost of human high,so we must to shedding characteristics of mulberry of certain experimental study and explore picking mulberry vibration suitable parameters,in order to realize the mechanization of mulberry harvest to provide guidance,so as to promote the healthy development of the mulberry industry. This paper through high speed camera equipment,the Tung Wah Group of dynamic testing system of mulberry of vibration abscission research,to explore the mulberry vibration harvesting optimum vibration parameters. The experimental results show that: the mulberry in amplitude is 18 mm,speed 1700 r / min and main vibration frequency to 28 Hz fruit to get the best picking rate and fruit tree without damage,no fruit drop; large amplitude will cause violent vibration of the fruit tree trunks,and fruits with ripe fruit fall together; too large vibration frequency of tree damage,vibration device and the tree body contact parts of the apparent injury; small frequency or amplitude obtained harvest rate is low.
