摘要
根据新疆红枣采收困难的特点,设计一种振摇式红枣采收设备;本设备由可调摇杆、圆形网、束紧绳机构组成。工作原理是通过固定四个长杆提起圆形网式结构,用圆形网把整棵枣树枝干从上往下包住,松开长杆,圆形网自由下落,利用圆形网下端收拢机构收紧圆形网,并通过束紧机构固定在树干上,利用四根长杆带动圆形网摇动,圆形网带动树枝振动,使树上红枣落入网的底部,振摇结束,打开红枣漏枣口,通过漏枣口将红枣倒入框中,完成一颗树的红枣收获,并运用三维软件进行实体结构仿真。
According to the characteristics of Xinjiang red jujube harvest difficult, this paper design a kind of vibration wave type red jujube harvest equipment. The equipment consists of adjustable rocker, circular nets and tightening rope part and its working principle is by fixing four long rod to lift the circular net structure and use the round net wrap whole red jujube trees branches from up to down, undo the long rod, circular net free fall, use of circular net bottom folding mechanism to tighten circular network and fix it in the trunk of the tree through the tightening mechanism, and then use of four long rods drive the circular net shaking and circular net drive the branch vibrate, make the tree red jujube fall into the net bottom. When vibration wave end, the red jujube leakage mouth open and pour the red jujube into the basket, then the red jujube harvest of a tree is completed and use 3D software to carry out solid structure simulation.
