摘要
通过对振动系统各部分连接部件的弹性和阻尼进行等效,并把果树简化成一个弹簧-质量模型,建立了一个多自由度有阻尼振动系统;分析了使用偏心振动机构和曲柄滑块机构两种不同方案的激振特征。结果表明曲柄滑块机构优于偏心振动机构,而且当角速度为10~20 rad/s,并且激振力大于3 000 N时使用曲柄滑块机构能取得较好的振动效果。研究成果将为树干振动采收设备的设计和振动参数的选择提供理论依据。
A multi-DOF damping vibration system was established by transforming the elasticity & damping of those main connecting components of vibration system and simplifying the fruit tree down to a spring-mass model. The vibration characteristics in two different schemes which were excited by eccentric vibratory mechanism and slider crank shaker mechanism were analyzed. The results showed that the slider crank shaker mechanism was better than the eccentric vibratory mechanism. The vibration effect was excellent when the angular velocity was between 10 rad/s and 20 rad/s while the exciting force was greater than 3 000 N. The research will provide theoretical evidence for the design of trunk shaking equipment and selection of vibration parameters.
