机械振动式林果采收机的设计与试验研究 被引量:54

摘要 针对新疆红枣、沙枣、核桃和杏等特色林果人工采收效率低、劳动强度大和生产成本高的生产实际,设计了一种振动式林果采收机,重点解决了偏心振动、液压控制、机具与拖拉机挂接等问题。经性能试验和测试表明,所研制的振动式林果采收机具有液压操作便利、整机工作稳定可靠、偏心振动频率高、振幅小、采净率高且不伤树等显著特点,达到了预期设计目标。 Based on low efficiency of manual work,heavy laboring intensity and high operating costs for harvesting some tree fruits and nuts such as Chinese date,walnut,almond etc in Xinjiang municipality.Mechanical vibration tree fruits and nuts harvester has been investigated and designed,some key technologies such as eccentricity vibration,hydraulic control,and the machine hitching device with tractor have been solved.Through the performance experiment and measuring,the results showed the mechanical vibration tree fruits and nuts harvester has remarkable characteristics of convenient hydraulic pressure system,stable and reliable working,high frequency and low swing for eccentricity vibration,high harvesting efficiency,and not damaging trees.The design of this machine achieved the desired results.
