摘要
根据我国当前玉米播种机械的现状,为适应玉米播种精密化作业的要求,需要研制一种结构简单、成本低的新型气吸式精密播种机。为此,以垂直圆盘气吸式精密播种机为基础,介绍了一种圆管式玉米免耕精密播种机的结构、工作原理和主要创新特点。该机采用倒挂的圆管结构作为排种器,能有效解决传统圆盘式气吸排种器的缺点,具有质量小、结构简单、操作方便、经济性好及田间通过性好等优点,具有推广和理论价值。
Analysis of the current situation of com planting mechanization in China,in order to adapt to the corn sowing precision work requirements,development of a simple structure need,model of pneumatic precision seeder with low cost.This paper is based on the vertical plate pneumatic precision seeder,introduces the structure of a circular tube type maize no tillage precision seeder,the working principle and the main innovative characteristics. The machine adopts a circular tube structure upside down as a metering device,can effectively solve the traditional disk type air suction seed metering device shortcomings,with the quality of small,simple structure,convenient operation,good economy,the field through the other advantages,has broad application and scientific theory of value.
