摘要 根据目前国内外精播机缺少监控系统的现状,在充分考虑了各种精播机田间作业条件的基础上,开发了一种气力式玉米精播机种肥监控系统。从电路功能上实现了种子已播数的统计、种子堵塞报警、缺种报警、重播报警、漏播报警,以及肥料的缺肥报警、堵塞报警指示;系统能够准确地显示出故障所在的具体位置,避免了种子施播断条现象的发生。田间试验结果表明,该系统误报率低,性能稳定可靠,对农业生产和提高经济效益具有重大的意义。 According to the requirements of the current domestic and foreign precision sowing machine lack of monitoring and control system,on the basis of fully consideration of the present various precision sowing machine in the field operation conditions,developed a seed and fertilizer monitoring system for pneumatic type corn precision sowing machine.From circuit function to realized the statistics of the number of the sowed seeds,seed blocking alarm,lack of seed alarm,repeated seed alarm,leakage seed alarm and the lack of fertilizer alarm,fertilizer blocking alarm,the system can accurately shows the problems' location,avoids the sow seeds was broken bar phenomenon occurs.The field experiment results show that the system's misstatement rate is low,the performance is stable and reliable,to the agricultural production has great production significance and economic benefits.
