摘要
提出了利用设计结构矩阵与分支拓扑树集成的功能结构聚类方法,通过对冲突元件的聚类分析和评价、聚类矩阵与分支拓扑树结构映射分析、拓扑树粒度层级分析等步骤,解决了复杂机电系统中元件配置间的冲突与制约,实现减少迭代次数、优化流程,生成产品创新方案,为液压四足机器人的腿部结构创新提供了重要依据。
A functional structure clustering method based on the integration of design structure matrix and branch topology tree was proposed.Clustering analys and evaluation of conflicting components,clustering matrix and branch topology tree structure mapping analysis,topological tree granularity level analysis is and other methods were used to solve the conflicts and constraints between component configurations in complex mechanical and electrical systems.It reduced the number of iterations and generating product innovations,which provides an important basis for the structural innovation of hydraulic four-legged robot.
