摘要
随着汽车的需求量越来越大,铝合金材质轮毂的用量也是与日俱增。轮毂制造过程中低压铸造工艺是关键环节,液面压力与模具温度控制的精准度的提升显得尤为关键。本文设计了一种新型的低压铸造机自动控制系统,该系统是基于S7-200PLC技术,同时结合自动控制系统、传感器等技术。工艺过程中的压力与温度被系统准确采集后,PLC控制数字组合阀、冷却阀等被运用去调节压力与温度两个重要参数,运用该系统使两参数的精准度得到了提高,低压铸造机控制的自动化水平与产品质量得到了改善。
With the increasing demand for automobiles, the amount of aluminum alloy wheels is also increasing. The low pressure casting process is the key link in the manufacturing process of the wheel hub, and the improvement of the precision of the surface pressure and the temperature control is particularly important. In this paper, a new automatic control system of low pressure casting machine is designed. The system is based on S7-200 PLC technology, combined with automatic control system and sensor technology. The pressure and temperature in the process of the system is accurate after the acquisition, PLC control digital combination valve, cooling valve is used to adjust the pressure and temperature are two important parameters, the system makes two parameter accuracy was improved and the automation level of low pressure casting machine control and the product quality is improved.
