摘要
电子传感器具有体积小响应速度快等监测特点,因此在金属冶炼过程中应用比较广泛。电子传感器在冶金设备监测过程中用于冶炼炉高温测量时能够实现高低温度时时控制,在进行冶金过程中利用铂丝的热电效应取代电桥的温度补偿,简化冶金过程监测过程,提高了系统的监测速度。仿真实验表明冶金设备电子传感器的有效性,可以广泛应用。
The electronic sensor has small response speed characteristics such as monitoring, so is widely used in metal smelting process. Electronic sensors in metallurgical equipment monitoring process for smelting furnace temperature measurement can be achieved when the high and low temperature control, constantly in the metallurgy using platinum thermoelectric effect in the process of replacing bridge temperature compensation, simplified metallurgical process monitoring process, improve the monitoring of the speed of the system. The validity of the simulation results show that metallurgical equipment electronic sensors, can be widely used.
