基于BIM技术的工程造价快速估算模型设计

摘要 为了提高对大型建筑工程造价的自动估算和预测能力,提出一种基于BIM技术的工程造价快速估算模型。采用等效近似的线性模型进行工程造价估算过程中的统计分析,建立工程造价快速估算的回归分析模型;结合BIM大数据信息分析技术进行工程造价估算过程中特征提取和信息挖掘,构建工程造价的统计时间分析序列,对特征序列进行空间分布重构,在高维造价预测序列分布空间中进行成本估算和预测,采用模糊关联度调度方法进行工程造价的主成分特征分析和模糊贴近度分析,以造价成本、工程施工质量以及施工效率等参量为约束指标,采用多因子联合估计的方法,实现工程造价快速估算。仿真实验结果表明,采用本文方法进行工程造价快估算的准确度较高,快速估算能力较强。 In order to improve the automatic estimation and forecasting ability of large-scale construction projects,a rapid estimation model of engineering cost based on BIM technology is proposed.The linear model of equivalent approximation is used to carry out the statistical analysis in the process of project cost estimation,and the regression analysis model of rapid estimation to project cost is established.Combining BIM big data information analysis technology the extraction of features and information mining are carried out in the process of project cost estimation,and the engineering cost statistical time analysis sequence is constructed.The spatial distribution reconstruction to feature sequences,cost estimation and prediction in high-dimensional cost prediction sequence distribution space are made.The fuzzy correlation degree scheduling method for principal component analysis in engineering cost and fuzzy closeness analysis are adopted.The parameters such as cost,construction quality and construction efficiency are the constraint indicators,and the multi-factor joint estimation method is adopted to realize the rapid estimation of engineering cost.The simulation results show that the accuracy by using this method in project cost estimation is higher and the rapid estimation ability is stronger.
