摘要
中小企业的风险控制受到企业的风险评估历史数据、经济金融环境以及市场变化等因素的影响,风险控制的可控性不好,为了提高中小企业风险控制和预测能力,提出基于大数据主成分特征分析的中小企业风控模型。采用风险描述性统计分析方法进行中小企业风险控制的实证模型分析,构建中小企业风险控制的多元线性面面板数据模型,结合解释变量分析方法建立混合回归模型,采用相关性检验分析方法进行中小企业风控模型的大数据主成分特征提取,实现中小企业的风险控制和预测。实证仿真结果表明,采用该模型进行中小企业的风险控制,降低了企业风险,提高了中小企业的抗风险能力和风险预测评估能力。
The risk control of small and medium-sized enterprises is influenced by the historical data of risk assessment,economic and financial environment and market changes,and the controllability of risk control is not good.In order to improve the ability of risk control and prediction of small and medium-sized enterprises,the risk control model of small and medium-sized enterprises based on big data’s principal component characteristic analysis is put forward,and the empirical model of SMEs’ risk control is analyzed by using the risk descriptive statistical analysis method.The multivariate linear panel data model for risk control of small and medium-sized enterprises is constructed,and the mixed regression model is established with the method of explanatory variable analysis,and the principal component feature of big data is extracted from the risk control model of small and medium-sized enterprises by using the correlation test analysis method.The empirical simulation results show that the model can reduce the risk of small and medium-sized enterprises and improve their ability to resist risk and forecast and evaluate the risk.
