摘要
招投标是我国建筑行业中常见的一种竞争方式,目的是通过招投标的形式实现资源的合理运用,提高投资企业的经济效益,降低投资浪费情况的发生,优化管理,以此保障建筑企业的经济最大化。但我国当前的建筑投招标中仍旧存在诸多的不足,影响了招投标阶段的造价控制质量,需要进一步的完善与改进。混凝土技术是工程建筑中的主要施工技术,该技术在工程建设过程中的施工质量对工程建设的成效具有直接的影响,需要技术人员掌握混凝土技术在建筑工程中的施工准备、施工技术及相关要点,以此保障工程施工质量,促进我国建筑行业的发展。
