摘要
新时代涌现出新的气象,英语翻译面临新的形势和新的挑战,需要国际化和全面型的翻译人才。当前高校英语翻译人才培养对新时代特有术语翻译不够准确,影响对外宣传。校企合作不够深入,协同培养英语翻译人才效果没有发挥。翻译教学内容有限,无法满足全面翻译的需要。此外,翻译的双向训练力度不够,学生能力存在短板,不能满足企业翻译需求。对此,高校应当加强新时代特有术语翻译,强化文化积累,提升翻译的准确度。深入进行校企合作,进行深度融合,高校和企业协同进行英语翻译人才培养。通过教学内容和课程调整,充实翻译内容,引导全面翻译。要广泛进行中译英和英译中的双向训练,扬弃海外汉学家的翻译经验,提升翻译的地道性。
With the emergence of new climate in the new era,English translation is facing new situations and new challenges,which require international and comprehensive translation talents. At present,the cultivation of English translation talents in colleges and universities is with the problem of non-accurate enough for the translation of terms to the new era,which affects the publicity. School enterprise cooperation is not enough,and the effect of collaborative training of English translation talents has not been achieved. The content of translation teaching is limited and can not meet the needs of comprehensive translation. In addition,the two-way training of translation is not enough,and the students’ ability is short,which can not meet the needs of enterprise translation. Therefore,colleges and universities should strengthen the translation of terms unique to the new era,strengthen cultural accumulation,and improve the accuracy of translation. With in-depth school-enterprise cooperation,in-depth integration,universities and enterprises need to collaborate in English translation talents training. Through the teaching content and curriculum adjustment,the translation content should be enriched to guide the comprehensive translation. It is necessary to conduct extensive two-way training of Chinese-English and English-Chinese translation,sublate the translation experience of overseas sinologists,and improve the authenticity of translation.
