摘要 正确认识高职教育对教师的要求,对于高职教育的健康发展有着至关重要的作用。从高职教育的内涵与任务来看,对教师的要求主要为四个方面:一是转变观念,正确认识高职教育的实践性本质,理解并把握工学结合课程教学模式;二是努力具备职业背景,获取职业技能;三是不断提升教学设计、实施、研究的能力和与人合作交往的能力;四是正确认识按高职教育的要求提升自身素质的重要性与必要性,增强紧迫感。 Teachers play a major part in the construction of a demonstrative higher vocationalcollege. It is significant to have a good understanding of requirements of demonstrative higher vocational schools for teachers so as to implement the construction work and realize the expected goals. The requirements can be divided into four parts. First, teachers have to understand the practical nature of higher vocational education and the teaching mode of combination between learning and practice; Second, they should make every efforts to be qualified with vocational techniques; Thirdly, they aresupposedtofurtherimprovetheir competenceof teachingdesigning,teaching practice and research work and the ability to communicate; Finally, they must be well aware of the significance and ne cessity of the construction of demonstrative higher vocational school.
