摘要
教师专业化成为世界各国政府提升综合国力的成功策略,也是促进教师发展的首选途径。随着高等教育的大众化和高等职业教育的快速发展,社会对高等职业教育的质量和教师的质量要求空前提高,高职教师专业化问题越来越引起人们的重视。本文从教师专业化发展及内涵入手,分析了教师专业化发展中的内在原因以及外部条件,讨论了实现教师专业化发展的途径。
Teacher＇s specialization is the successful strategy of many governments to advance their comprehensive national strength, It is also the best way of teacher＇s development. With the popular of higher education and quick development of higher vocational education, the quality requirement of higher education and teachers is higher than ever, so teacher＇s specialization is attached more and more importance, This text emphasizes on the development and connotation of teacher＇s specialization ; and analyses it＇s internal causation and external conditions ; also discusses the way of realizing teacher＇s specialization.
