摘要
幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)与胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌等胃肠道疾病密切相关。随着放大内镜、窄带成像内镜、I-Scan、共聚焦显微内镜等新型内镜的出现,内镜医师能更好地观察胃黏膜细微结构,如胃小凹、毛细血管、集合静脉,甚至菌体。越来越多的内镜下特征表现提示Hp感染得到公认。内镜下诊断Hp感染具有准确性高、微创、快速、实时等优点。本文总结了内镜下诊断Hp的应用进展,为Hp诊断与治疗提供指导。
Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is closely related to gastrointestinal diseases such as gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric cancer. With the emergence of new endoscopy such as magnifying endoscopy, narrow-band imaging endoscopy, I-Scan and confocal laser endomicroscopy, endoscopic physicians can better obverve the fine structure of gastric mucosa, such as gastric pits, capillaries, collecting venules, and even bacteria. Numerous studies have showed that a variety of endoscopes are able to accurately predict the status of Hp infection. Endoscopic diagnosis of Hp infection has advantages of high accuracy, minimally invasive, and real-time observation. This paper reviews the application of endoscopy in diagnosis of Hp infection to provide guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of Hp.
