摘要
运用数据包络分析法(DEA-CCR模型)测算具有代表性的十五个智慧城市建设绩效情况,结果显示:智慧城市建设的平均效率值为0.92,有8%的提升空间;上海、广州、杭州、重庆、厦门、天津、沈阳和济南的综合效率值为1;北京、南京、武汉、成都、西安、哈尔滨和长春的综合效率值小于1。适度增加资金、人力投入和减少冗余,可以提高智慧城市建设的绩效。
This paper uses the data envelopment analysis (DEA-CCR) model to calculate the construction performance of 15 representative smart cities. The results show that the average efficiency value of smart city construction is 0.92, and there is an 8% improvement space. The comprehensive efficiency value of Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Xiamen, Tianjin, Shenyang and Jinan, which is 1. The comprehensive efficiency value of Beijing, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chengdu, Xi’ an, Harbin and Changchun is less than 1. It can increase funds, manpower investment, reduce redundancy and it can improve the output of smart cities construction, it is in order to improve the construction performance of smart cities.
