摘要
目的探究脑梗死患者血清S100β和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平与认知功能障碍的关系研究。方法本次研究选取2016年8月至2017年9月期间我院收治的98例脑梗死患者及同期来我院进行健康体检者98例作为研究对象,90例脑梗死患者作为脑梗死组,健康体检者98例作为对照组,对全部入选研究对象血清S100β和NSE水平进行测量,观察两者与认知功能障碍的关系。结果脑梗死组患者中第1 d、第3 d、第5 d的S100β和NSE水平都明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。NIHSS评分8-14分组的S100β和NSE水平都明显高于<7分组(P<0.05);15分组的S100β和NSE水平都明显高于8-14分组、<7分组(P<0.05)。由此可知,患者神经缺损越严重,S100β和NSE水平越高。52例认知功能障碍脑梗死患者的S100β、NSE水平明显高于非认知功能障碍(P<0.05);相关性分析结果表明,脑梗死组患者S100β和NSE水平间具有正向相关性(系数r=0.986,P=0.000<0.05)。结论脑梗死组患者S100β和NSE水平间具有正向相关性,S100β和NSE可有效反映患者认知功能障碍程度值。
Objective To explore cerebral infarction patients according to beta s100 and serum neuron specific enolase(NSE) levels and study the relationship between cognitive dysfunction.Methods This study selected in August 2016,our hospital during the period of 2017-September 90 cerebral infarction patients and at the same time to the hospital for physical examination person 98 cases as the research object,as cerebral infarction group,90 cases of cerebral infarction patients health physical examination in 98 cases as control group,the research on all selected objects according to beta s100 and serum NSE levels measured,observe both relationship and cognitive dysfunction.Results In patients with cerebral infarction group,1 d,3 d,5 d according to beta s100 and NSE levels were significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05).NIHSS score 8 to 14 groups according to beta s100 and NSE levels were significantly higher than the 7 group(P〈0.05); 15 grouped according to beta s100 and NSE levels were significantly higher than the 8-14 grouping, 7 group(P〈0.05).Therefore,patients with nerve defect,according to beta s100 and the higher the level of NSE.52 cases of cerebral infarction patients with cognitive dysfunction according to beta,NSE level was significantly higher than cognitive dysfunction(P〈0.05);Correlation analysis results show that the patients with cerebral infarction group according to the positive correlation between beta s100 and NSE levels(r = 0.986,P = 0.000 0.05).Conclusion The patients with cerebral infarction group according to the positive correlation between beta s100 and NSE levels,according to beta s100 and NSE can effectively reflect the extent to which patients with cognitive dysfunction.
