143株肺炎链球菌的临床分布及耐药性分析 被引量:10

摘要 肺炎链球菌是社区获得性肺炎的常见致病菌之一。肺炎链球菌寄居在人的上呼吸道,是大叶性肺炎、支气管肺炎的病原菌,还可引起中耳炎、乳突炎、鼻窦炎、脑膜炎和菌血症等。肺炎链球菌的侵袭力主要是荚膜,失去荚膜其毒力减弱或丧失,其溶血素、神经氨酸酶也是主要致病因子。
