Objective To treat the patients with postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery and the first aid and nursing measures. Methods From January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital hospitalized and the production of cases of 200 cases of vaginal delivery postpartum hemorrhage patients as the object of study, using dynamic randomization method will be divided into control group and experimental group, Each group of 100 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing mode. On this basis, the patients in the experimental group were treated with first aid and nursing. The levels of plasma coagulation, platelet(PLT), D-dimer(D-D) and hemoglobin (Hb), nursing satisfaction and bleeding and hemostasis were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After nursing care, the level of aPFF PT TT, Fbg in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the level of D- D and HB in the control group was higher than that in the control group, the degree of nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the amount of bleeding was less than that in the control group and the hemostasis time was shorter than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The first aid and effective nursing care for postpartum hemorrhage patients after vaginal delivery can improve the blood coagulation index and enhance the hemostatic effect.
