Objective Inquire into the effect of elemental diet combined with psychological intervention in postpartum hemorrhage patients. Methods 50 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from November 2013 to-2016 were randomly divided into control group (n =25)and observation group (n =25 ).The control group received conventional nursing, the observation group with elements diet combined with psychological intervention nursing,Hamilton Depression Scale (SDS)and self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) were evaluated in 2groups before and after treatment, psychological fluctuations, blood coagulation was measured by automatic blood coagulation analyzer, nursing effects were compared between the 2groups and the impact on patients with psychological fluctuations. Results The 2 groups of nursing before SAS,the SDS score was not statistically significant(P >0.05 );after nursing in the observation group SAS,SDS scores were lower than the control group (P <0.05 );the 2groups had no statistically significant differences in the level of nursing before coagulation factor (P >0.05 );after nursing in the observation group PT,TT and aPTT time shorter than the control group (P <0.05 ).Conclusion Patients with postpartum hemorrhage combined with the use of essential diet and psychological intervention effect is ideal, can reduce the psychological fluctuations.improve the coagulation function of patients.
