摘要
目的探讨高龄孕产妇剖宫产围手术期的护理效果。方法按照随机数字表法将2019年5月至2020年5月本院接收的46例接受剖宫产的高龄孕产妇进行分组,每组23例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施围手术期护理,对两组的护理效果进行比较。结果护理前,两组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组下床活动时间、术后初次排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度为95.65%,对照组为73.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高龄孕产妇剖宫产手术过程中予以围手术期护理干预,有助于减轻产妇的疼痛,加快产妇术后恢复情况,改善紧张的护患关系。
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing for elderly pregnant women undergoing cesarean section.Methods According to the random number table method,46 cases of elderly pregnant women receiving cesarean section in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were divided into two groups,23 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group were given perioperative nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of visual analog scale(VAS)scores(P>0.05);after nursing,the VAS score of observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The terms of ambulation time,postoperative first exhaust time,hospitalization time of the observation group were less than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.65%,the control group was 73.91%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention during the cesarean section of the elderly pregnant and parturient women can help reduce the pain of the parturient,speed up the postoperative recovery of the parturient,and improve the tense nursepatient relationship.
