摘要
地方应用型高校培养具有"工匠精神"的人才,是有效支持"中国制造2025"的一个重要保障。本文在分析地方应用型高校内涵及使命的基础上,探讨了"工匠精神"与地方应用型高校人才培养的内在关系,指出应用型人才培养与"工匠精神"培育在现实效应、固有特征、能力结构等方面都具有很强的相似性和互补性从人才培养目标设定、人才培养实施、人才考核评价等三个方面提出地方应用型高校学生"工匠精神"培育对策机制。
The talent cultivation with ＂craftsmanship spirit＂ in local application-oriented universities is an important guarantee to ettectively support the ＂Made in China 2025＂ plan. This article discusses the inner relationship between the ＂craftsmanship spirit＂ and talent training mode of local application-oriented universities, and points out that the cultivation of application-oriented talents and training of ＂craftsmanship spirit＂ have a strong similarity and complementarity in the practical effect, inherent characteristics and ability structure based on the analysis of the connotation and mission of local application-oriented universities. In addition, this article gives the countermeasures mechanism tor the cultivation of the ＂crat}smanship spirit＂ of the local application-oriented college students from three aspects, such as the goal setting of talent training, the implementation of talent training, and the evaluation of talents.
