摘要
当代文化基因是存在于中华优秀传统文化系统中的最深层元素,是高职院校培养工匠人才需要解决的根本遵循。工匠精神是职业教育和国家经济发展的需要,分析四川高职院校培育和发展工匠精神的认同度、有效性、系统性、满意度的基本现状,总结工匠精神培育存在的基础问题,找到高职学生工匠精神培育的基本路径。高职学生工匠精神产生的认知、情感、行为、实践偏差需要在重建当地文化、校园文化、课堂文化、企业文化的基础上,整合工匠文化,实现当代文化基因下高职学生工匠精神培育的路径重建。
The contemporary cultural gene is the deepest element existing in the system of Chinese excellent traditional culture,which is the fundamental principle to be followed in the training of craftsmen in higher vocational colleges.Craftsman spirit is the need of vocational education and national economic development.This paper analyzes the basic status quo of identification,effectiveness,systematization and satisfaction of the cultivation and development of craftsman spirit in Sichuan higher vocational colleges,summarizes the basic problems existing in the cultivation of craftsman spirit,and finds the basic path for the cultivation of craftsman spirit of higher vocational students.The cognitive,emotional,behavioral and practical deviation of the craftsman spirit of vocational college students needs to be based on the reconstruction of local culture,campus culture,classroom culture and enterprise culture,and the integration of craftsman culture to achieve the path reconstruction of the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of vocational college students under the contemporary cultural gene.
