摘要
微信公众号作为新型的传播手段为高校类档案工作的发展提供了重要载体和平台。档案部门可以利用微信公众号传播档案文化、拓宽宣传渠道、创新服务方式,但其在服务过程中仍然存在一些问题。本文选取部分具有代表性的高校档案微信公众号,对其账号类型、平台内容、微信传播指数(WCI)等传播现状进行了分析,发现其存在的问题并提出相应的对策和建议,以提升微信公众号的传播影响力,更大限度地拓展微信公众号的服务功能。
As a new means of communication, WeChat public account provides an important carrier and platform for the development of archival work in colleges and universities. Archival departments can use public accounts to spread archival culture, broaden publicity channels and innovate service mode. However, there are still some problems in the service process. Therefore, in this article, some representative college archives WeChat public accounts are selected and then the current situation is analyzed, including their account type, content of the platform, WeChat communication index, etc. Finally, the existing problems are found and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to improve the communication influence of WeChat public accounts and expand the service function of WeChat public accounts to a greater extent.
