摘要
国家档案局提出,在档案工作中要全面实现"服务为先"战略,而档案利用的信息反馈是改善利用服务的一个重要方面。本文在明确档案利用信息反馈工作重要性基础上,阐述了该工作目前缺乏制度保障、反馈模式单一等问题,并据此提出了相关的解决措施,以期为做好档案利用信息反馈工作提供有益借鉴,充分发挥档案在社会主义建设中的重要作用。
The State Archives Administration has put forward "service first " strategy in the work of archives and the utilization of archives information feedback is an important aspect of improving the service quality, Based on understanding the importance of the utilization of archives information feedback ,this article discusses several problems behind it : such as lacking the system safeguard, unitary feedback mode ,Then some related measures are put forward, in order to provide a useful reference to make archival information feedback more better, and as a result ,we hope it can give full play to the role of archives in the socialist construction.
