摘要
微信公众平台的出现和迅猛发展为高校档案信息服务工作的发展带来了新的契机。在调研高校档案馆公众号现状的基础上选取部分具有代表性的高校档案馆公众号进行重点分析,发现其存在很多不足,应从转变观念、准确定位、用户体验、宣传推广、团队建设等方面进行改进,寻找高校档案馆微信公众号更有效的运营模式。
The appearance and rapid development of WeChat official accounts bring development opportunities for archives information services at colleges. This paper examines the status quo of WeChat official accounts of some colleges, some of which are studied for purpose of figuring out problems. In an attempt to discover more efficient operation mode of WeChat official accounts of this kind, this paper proposes some measures, such as, introducing new concepts, correct orientation, user experience, promotion and team organization.
