摘要
借助光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和硬度测试研究了时效处理工艺对含Ti铸造双相不锈钢的组织和力学性能的影响以及点蚀前后的形貌变化;借助能谱分析(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析了析出相的成分及碳化物种类。通过电化学试验检测了钢的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:随着时效温度的升高,含钛铸造双相不锈钢的硬度先升后降,其主要原因是富Cr相的析出和溶解;钢的耐腐蚀性能先降后升,且点蚀通常发生在富Cr相的周围和相界处。时效时间从2 h增加至6 h,钢的组织和硬度的变化不明显。经900℃时效2 h的钢性能最佳。
The effect of aging processes on microstructure and mechanical properties, and morphologies before and after pitting for a cast Ti-bearing dual-phase stainless steel were investigated by means of optical microscope( OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM), and hardness tests. Composition of precipitates and category of carbide in the steel were analyzed by using electronic differential system(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). Corrosion resistance of the steel was detected by an electrochemical test. The results showed that with the increase of aging temperature, the hardness increased rapidly and then decreased slowly because of precipitation and dissolution of chromium-enriched phase; the corrosion resistance decreased first and then increased, and that the pitting mainly occurred around the chromium-enriched phase and at phase boundary for the cast titanium-bearing dual-phase stainless steel. When the aging time increased from 2 h to 6 h, the microstructure and hardness of the steel did not change significantly. The cast titanium-bearing dual-phase stainless steel aged at 900 ℃ 2 h exhibited the best properties.
