摘要
双相不锈钢兼有良好的韧性、焊接性和较高的强度与耐氯化物点蚀及应力腐蚀性能,作为海水管道材料得到广泛的应用。然而,在一些特定工况下,双相不锈钢管道连接处会出现早期腐蚀失效。本文利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱成分分析法对腐蚀试样进行了研究。结果表明,双相不锈钢的腐蚀由空泡腐蚀所致,管道内海水高的流速及管道连接处有缝隙,是产生空泡腐蚀的主要原因。
Duplex stainless steels with good toughness, weldability and high strength, resistance to chloride pitting and stress corrosion, have been widely used as seawater piping materials. However, early corrosion failure in the duplex stainless steel pipe connections occurred under certain operating conditions. In this paper, failure analysis of specimen was carried out with OM, SEM and EDS. The results showed that the failure was caused by cavitation corrosion, the high flow rate of seawater in the pile and the presence of the gap in pipe connections were the main reasons for cavitation corrosion.
