摘要
采用金相显微镜、电子能谱分析仪、透射电子显微镜、FeCl3溶液浸泡法和循环极化曲线法研究了固溶处理对2205双相不锈钢组织和点腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,经1050℃×2h水冷固溶处理后,实验钢中α和γ两相体积含量约各占一半,组织均匀且细化,在6%FeCl3溶液中的临界点蚀温度为45℃,在3.5%NaCl溶液中的点蚀电位Eb和保护电位Ep均为1028mV,表现出良好的耐点蚀性能。经950℃固溶处理后组织中析出σ相,σ相导致其抗点蚀性能下降。
The influence of solid solution treatment on microstructure and pitting corrosion property of 2205 duplex stainless steel was investigated by means of metallographic microscope,EDS,TEM,immersing in 6%FeCl_3 solution and circular potentiodynamic polarization test methods.The results show that a suitable volume fraction of α/γ-phase is distributed uniformly and refined in steel after solid solution treatment at 1050℃ for two hours,thus the steel exhibits best resistance of pitting corrosion.The critical pitting temperature in 6% FeC13 solution is 45℃, both the Eb and Ep in 3.5 % NaC1 solution are 1028mV. In addition, 6% volume fraction of a-phase is precipitated in steel after solid solution treatment at 950℃, thus the steel possesses worse resistance of pitting corrosion.
