The Effect of Tempering Process on Properties and Microstructure of High Strength Steel

摘要 邯钢在3 500 mm轧机生产线展开"控制轧制+直接淬火+回火"工艺生产1 100 MPa以上级别超高强钢板的试验研究。结果显示:DQ状态钢板的抗拉强度达到1 420 MPa,屈服强度达到1 050 MPa,延伸率约为9. 0%;经过500~750℃回火,钢板的抗拉强度明显下降,延伸率、冲击韧性提高,组织为明显的板条马氏体;经过500~680℃回火,马氏体板条中存在明显的析出物;经过720~750℃回火,组织中不再有明显的板条形貌。 Hansteel carries out test and research of producing 1 100 MPa and over grade high strength steel plate by a process of controlled rolling + direct quenching + tempering in 3 500 mm plate mill. The results show that the tensile strength reaches to 1 420 MPa, the yield strength reaches to 1 050 MPa, the elongation ratio is approx. 9.0% when the steel plate is in DQ condition, but the tensile strength decreases significantly,the elongation ratio and impact toughness increase when the steel plate is tempered in the temperature range between 500 ℃and 750 ℃. The micro- structure of direct quenching steel plate consists of apparent lath martensite, but precipitates exist in martensite lath af- ter the steel plate is tempered in the temperature range between 500 ℃ and 680℃. The microstructure doesn' t show any evident lath morphology when the steel plate is tempered in the temperature range between 720 ℃ and 750℃.
