摘要
在教育云工程建设中,教师资源整合过程实质上就是学校教师转变为系统教师的过程。推动学校教师向系统教师的角色转变,使教师深度参与到云工程建设中,可采取以下策略:分析教育云的发展趋势,端正教师的角色定位;突出教育云的便利,吸引教师参与;加强云技术培训,促进教师平台应用;简化教育云平台的功能操作,消除教师使用障碍;开展适宜的教育云活动,加强教师的平台粘性;优化教育云环境,促进教师平台发展。
The process ofteacher resource integration in the construction of educational cloud engineering is essentially the one of transforming school involve teachers deeply in the constntetion teachers into system teachers. In order to promote the transformation and of educational cloud computing, the following strategies can be adopted: analyzing the trend of educational cloud computing so as to correct the role of teachers; highlighting the convenience of cloud computing in, education so as to attract teachers:to participate in the educational cloud platform; strengthening the training of cloud technology so as to promote teachers' application of educational cloud platform; simplifying the functional operation of educational cloud platform sophs to eliminate barriers to teachers' use; carrying out appropriate educational Cloud activities so as to enhance teachers' dependency on relevant information platforms; and Optimizing the educational cloud environment so as to promote the development of teacher platform.
