摘要
高校思想政治理论课教师资源,是包含校内外优质思想政治教育人力资源在内的、专兼结合的教育教学资源总合。有效整合各方资源以充实高校思想政治理论课教师队伍,有助于提升思想政治理论课教师队伍整体实力,增强课程教学实效性,确保高校意识形态安全和构建全员全方位全过程育人格局。整合高校思想政治理论课教师资源是一项系统工程,要把握普遍性、系统性、融合性原理,遵循基本原则,通过深化课程教学改革,搭建资源整合平台,建立校内校外思想政治教育人力资源与专业思想政治课教师的融合机制,推进高校思想政治理论课建设。
The staffresource of political theoretic courses in higher education institutions is a corn bination of educational and teaching resource, which include those high quality staff both specialized and comprehensive inside and outside these institutions. It can effectively integrate varied resources to enrich teaching staff, to improve the overall strength of the group, to enhance teaching efficiency, to ensure ideological safety in these institutions and to construct all staff, all dimension and all process cultivation layout. The integration process is a systematic project, which requires to effectively uphold fundamental principles, to build a smooth combination mechanism between varied human resources for professional and amateur political education staff by enhancing curriculum teaching reform and building resource integration platform. To achieve them, the ultimate goal is to improve the construc tion of political education theoretic courses in higher education institutions.
