摘要
钛白粉作为最好的白色无机颜料之一,在色母等领域有着广泛的应用。通过钛白粉的粒度分布,表面处理等关键指标的分析,以及色母的熔融指数,过滤压分析,色板分散性等性能的研究,比较了不同类型钛白粉应用于色母时的差异性,分析了钛白粉在色母中分散的关键影响因素。结果表明,控制钛白粉的粒度分布在一定范围之内,实现平均粒径在0.2μm,并进行适当的表面处理,将有利于提高钛白粉在色母中的分散性。
As one of the best white inorganic pigments, titanium dioxide has been widely applied in many fields such as color masterbatch. Through the analysis of the particle size distribution of titanium dioxide, the analysis of key indicators such as surface treatment, the melting index of color masterbatch, the analysis of filtration pressure, the dispersibility of color plates, etc., the differences of different types of titanium dioxide in color masterbatch were compared. The key influencing factors of titanium dioxide dispersion in color masterbatch were analyzed. The results show that the distribution of the particle size of titanium dioxide is within a certain range, the average particle size is about 0.2μm, and the proper surface treatment will help to improve the dispersion of titanium white powder in the color parent.
