摘要
采用有机改性剂对钛白粉进行表面改性处理试验研究,结果如下:经不同有机改性表面处理后,钛白粉白度L值、a值、b值均无明显变化,吸油量出现显著下降;采用铝酸酯、铝锆酸酯、聚硅氧烷处理后钛白粉表现为疏水特性,采用TMP处理后钛白粉表现为亲水特性;采用铝酸酯和铝锆酸酯处理后钛白粉对ABS树脂体系的力学性能影响最小、材料拉伸性能和冲击强度最好,采用聚硅氧烷和TMP处理后钛白粉对ABS树脂体系的力学性能影响较大、材料拉伸性能和冲击强度一般。
An experimental study was conducted on the surface modification of titanium dioxide using organic modifiers.The results are as follows:After different organic surface treatments,there was no significant change in the whiteness L value,a value,and b value of titanium dioxide,and the oil absorption decreased significantly.The titanium dioxide treated with aluminate,aluminum zirconate,and polysiloxane exhibits hydrophobic properties,while the titanium dioxide treated with TMP exhibits hydrophilic properties.Titanium dioxide treated with aluminate and aluminum zirconate has the least impact on the mechanical properties of the ABS resin system,and the material has the best tensile and impact strength.Titanium dioxide treated with polysiloxane and TMP has a greater impact on the mechanical properties of the ABS resin system,and the material has average tensile and impact strength.
